This is Neely my niece. She is absolutely beautiful and she will be appearing in my blog over the next year. This is not the most adorable picture of her but every time I look at it I laugh!

Making A Glow

I don't know why but I am obsessed with taking pictures of glowing things. Here are two random shots of Scarlett's night light. The pictures sorta bother me as I think the flower in upside down, but I am not exactly sure what way it goes. I'll have to wait till morning as she is sleeping underneath the glowing flower. The other is of a amaryllis flower that is going bloom.

Getting To Know My Camera

Every night when the kids are in bed I have been trying to get to know my new camera. I love that it is Christmas time and there is lots of sparkly, shiny, glowing things around to test it out on. I am signed up for camera classes in the spring and I cant wait for them to start.

December 13, 2010 - I am back

Maybe my blog should be called "The Seasons In My Life" as I tend to be on the computer a lot more in the winter than any other time.

I am disappointed that I did not complete my 365 project. So for the new year coming up I am going to do it. It is my one and only New Years resolution! I just got an early Christmas present from my wonderful family, a new Canon Rebel, and I am pumped to get back into this.
