Today we helped celebrate Mavens 5th birthday at the Children's Museum. It was such a great time! It was short and sweet and I think all the kids liked it that way. We got to explore the museum after the party. I took lots of pictures but I don't like any of them. Not even one. So I thought I would post a picture of some cute kids and one of the birthday boy!

I thought the power was going to go out this afternoon so I gathered up some candles just in case.

We have a birthday party this weekend to attend so I had the kids make the wrapping paper. I hate buying wrapping paper and cards when we have loads of paper at home and two very crafty kids. Ronyn made this picture and along with it was a very interesting story about tornado's and fire and a bunch of other stuff. He is a very creative kid.
