Valentine Cookies

I made cookies today for Ronyn's Valentines Day party on Monday. I have a love-hate relationship with making sugar cookies but I always volunteer myself to make them. I love to roll out the dough and cut them into shapes. But then I worry when I bake them I am going to burn them. When it is time to decorate them I start with a smile and end with a "What have I gotten myself into these are soooo time consuming!" Then I always love the way they turn out and I am so happy I did it!
